According to their aging, Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano pair with flavors of different intensity. Between 12 and 24 months, figs sweet sauce and Lambrusco or vinegar jellies.
After 36 months, you can dare with stronger notes: traditional Balsamic Vinegar, truffle honey, mostarda.
