In summer we highly recommend fresh cheeses such as mozzarella and burrata, a perfect combination with prosciutto’s sapidity.
If you want some extra veggies, we suggest dried tomatoes and grilled artichokes.
Mostarda and mustard sauces are great matches for cheeses with more intense tastes such as Parmigiano 36 months and gorgonzola piccante.
