Acacia honey
A honey with a high fructose content, very light and limpid in color. Acacia honey also tends not to crystallize, it has a liquid and syrupy consistency. The scent is reminiscent of flowers, and the flavor is very sweet and delicate; this delicacy also makes it suitable for cold preparations.

We have added the tasty summer truffle to the 100% Italian acacia honey, clear and with a delicate flavor, : thanks to its aromatic scent and strong flavor, this ingredient contributes to enrich the honey in a unique way. Casa Rinaldi truffle honey goes perfectly with many dishes, in particular with both fresh and seasoned cheeses like ricotta and Grana Padano. It is excellent to accompany meat dishes.

Multiflower honey
Italian millefiori honey is one of the most common and widespread honeys, capable of conquering anyone thanks to its delicate flavor. This honey also has a great aromatic richness: it is the result of the creative flair of nature, a palette of extraordinary shades that can give new and unexpected sensations every time. Millefiori honey is a special product because it combines the properties of various plants: aroma and flavor can have different notes according to the production area, and the color can be more or less amber like. The millefiori is ideal for the preparation of desserts, to sweeten drinks and to accompany cheeses, including ricotta.

Chestnut honey
Italian chestnut honey is made from the flowers of the chestnut plant – it is rich in mineral salts and  characterized by a dark amber color, with reddish-greenish tones. Chestnut honey is one of the most consumed honeys in Italy and it is also one of the best known and appreciated homegrown varieties abroad. Its taste is sweet, with a strong bitter aftertaste; aroma and flavor are strong, woody, with hints of leather, smoke and chestnut. All features that make it perfect to accompany autumn recipes. Chestnut honey is among the most used in combination with cheeses with an intense flavor such as pecorino, pit cheeses and gorgonzola; it is also excellent in the preparation of desserts. Try it with walnuts.

Orange honey
Italian orange honey is one of the best known and most appreciated honeys in the world. The color is very light and can vary from almost colorless to straw yellow, depending on the crop. Its smell is similar to that of orange blossom, while the flavor is very delicate.
