Bruschetta with melting cheese and ground truffle

Ingredients
  • Bread for Bruschetta
  • Provola Cheese
  • Ground Truffle
  • Truffle Oil
  • Fresh Oregano
  • Chives

Preparation of the recipe

Slice the bread and add a slice of provolone.

Toast the slices in preheated oven at 180° until the cheese melts ( 5-6 min) and then extract the bruschettas.

Add a spoon of ground truffle sauce and garnish with oregano and chives.
