Buffalo ricotta is the ideal cheese for many types of diets: it contains only 5% fat and a high level of protein.

Our ricotta is produced from buffalo serum. The feeding of the buffaloes, consisting of hay and corn, gives our ricotta a musky and milky flavor, with an interesting note of acidity and flavor.

Our ricotta has a porcelain white color; its texture is soft and grainy, but not sandy.
