The vol-au-vent are crispy hollow cases of puff pastry, baked in the oven. The traditional recipe has origin in France. Their shape makes them perfect for being stuffed with a huge variety of ingredients.

Soft wheat flour type “0”, vegetable margarine (palm fats and sunflower oils, water, salt, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; concentrated lemon juice, natural flavours), water, salt, preservative: calcium propionate; barley malt. May contain traces of egg, soy, milk, mustard and fish.
