Capers, chillies and Calabria olives are the main ingredients of the three Mediterranean sauces of Casa Rinaldi. Strong and firm flavors for three very high quality sauces.

Casa Rinaldi's Calabrian hot pepper sauce is bright red in color, it has a pungent aroma and an equally intense and very spicy flavor. Chili pepper is the Calabria region’s most popular ingredient: all the taste of the Calabria tradition in a sauce. It goes perfectly well with any type of food you want to give a very spicy note to. It is excellent on hot bread, to accompany fresh and aged cheeses, or as a condiment for pasta, pizza and salads. It is also ideal for adding flavor to marinades and meat main courses.

Calabria black olive sauce
Our Calabria black olive sauce is truly unique – the simple taste of finely ground black olives mixed with extra virgin olive oil, salt and natural flavors. Chilli and oregano add an additional Mediterranean flavor to the product. Perfect on canapes, sandwiches, but also on first and second courses of fish and white meats.
