Stretched sweet pancetta

Beef bresaola
Bresaola is a symbol of the Valtellina area and comes from the beef thigh. It is considered a noble salami since it has the lowest fat content, but at the same time it is the most nutritious salami, due to the high content of proteins, iron and mineral salts.
Casa Rinaldi beef bresaola has an intense dark red color with a typically delicate flavor enriched by smoky hints.
