Truffle French Toast

Ingredients
  • 4 slices of sandwich bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 jar of black truffle cream
  • 40 gr truffle butter
  • chives

Preparation of the recipe

In a pan, melt 2-3 knobs of butter.

Once the butter is warm and sizzling, lay the bread slices and toast them until they are crunchy and with a golden brown color. put them aside and keep them warm.

In the same pan, add another knob of truffle butter and cook the eggs. Wait until the egg white is cooked but the yolk is still creamy.

Lay the alices of bread on a dish and add one egg on top of each.

Ultimate the dish adding 2-3 teaspoons of black truffle sauce and chives.
