Spicy shrimps and vegetables skewers

Ingredients
  • 20 shrimps
  • 1 jar of Borettane onions
  • 2 courgettes
  • 2 peppers
  • Lime juice
  • Chili oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation of the recipe

Clean the shrimps.

Prepare a marinade using chili oil, lime juice, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.

Marinade the shrimps in half of it.

Clean the vegetables and slice them in small pieces of about 2 cm each.

Now marinade the vegetables.

Assemble the skewers alternating a shrimp, one borettana onion Casa Rinaldi, a shrimp and a veggie.

Preheat the oven to 180° and cook for about 15 minutes or grill the skewers on your barbecue.
