I testimoni

“I Testimoni” is a selection of extra virgin olive oil based condiments enriched with a variety of carefully chosen ingredients. An iconic range of products from Casa Rinaldi.

The EVO oil base is extracted from a mix of olives of European origin, grown in Spain, Greece, Italy and Portugal and harvested between the months of November and December. Casa Rinaldi has chosen to use an extra virgin oil base in order to perfectly enhance the organoleptic characteristics of many ingredients.

To further enrich the taste and the color of our products, we have added pieces and flakes of aromatic herbs, spices or ingredients: a real “witness” of the flavor of the condiment.

As a result we have created 10 distinctive products, each with unique characteristics. Discover all the available flavors: garlic, chili, garlic & chili, rosemary, oregano, lemon, basil, truffle, white truffle, mushrooms.
