Polenta melting toast

Ingredients
  • 250gr pre-cooked polenta
  • 120gr smoked scamorza
  • 4 slices of prosciutto cotto

Preparation of the recipe

Cut the polenta in slices of 1 cm.

Grill the polenta.

After a couple of minutes, add the slices of scamorza and let them melt.

Finally, add the prosciutto and keep cooking on the grill with very low heat or move the toast in the oven and finish cooking at 200° for 5 minutes.

Serve your polenta toast.
