  • 400gr Savoiardi
  • 250gr Mascarpone
  • 50gr Sugar
  • 150ml Whipped Cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • Coffee

Preparation of the recipe

Let’s start the recipe of the most loved Italian dessert in the world with the Mascarpone Cream:
Beat the yolks with sugar and then add Mascarpone Cheese.

Whip egg whites until stiff and, separately, whip the cream.

Slowly incorporate whipped whites and whipped cream to the Mascarpone Cream.

Once the cream is ready you can start dipping the Savoiardi in coffee and lay them uniformly in your favorite baking dish to create a first layer.

Add the Mascarpone Cream and create another layer in the same way.

Once completed, let it stand for 3-4 hours in the fridge.

Serve it with a dusting of powder cocoa.
