- 500gr baby gnocchi
- 400gr yellow cherry tomato sauce
- 200 gr shrimps 100
- Extra virgin olive oil
Tiny perfect gnocchi, italian Shrimps and the sweetest yellow cherry tomato sauce … In a pan with extra virgin olive oil cook the shrimps for few minutes.
Once cooked, cut some of them in smaller pieces and leave 4 whole shrimps.
In another pan warm up the yellow cherry tomato sauce with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Add the shrimps after few minutes.
Cook the gnocchi in salted boiling water for 4 minutes and drain them in the pan with the sauce.
Mix gently the ingredients and serve.
