- 320gr chilli pepper spaghetti
- 500gr mussels & 500gr clams
- 200gr shrimps & 200gr calamari
- 200gr cherry tomatoes
- 2 anchovies
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 red peppers
- Extra virgin olive oil
In a pan, roast oil, garlic, red peppers and anchovies. Add breadcrumbs with parsley and toast them.
In a different pan roast oil, garlic, peppers and then add mussels and clams.
Cook them covered until they have fully opened.
Add calamari, shrimps, cherry tomatoes, parsley and cook for other 3-4 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in salted boiling water.
Drain the past in the mixed seafood pan and mix the ingredients.
To complete the dish just add a spoon of crunchy breadcrumbs!
