Seafood, chilli pepper spaghetti, bread crumble

Ingredients
  • 320gr chilli pepper spaghetti
  • 500gr mussels & 500gr clams
  • 200gr shrimps & 200gr calamari
  • 200gr cherry tomatoes
  • 2 anchovies
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 red peppers
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Breadcrumbs

Preparation of the recipe

In a pan, roast oil, garlic, red peppers and anchovies. Add breadcrumbs with parsley and toast them.

In a different pan roast oil, garlic, peppers and then add mussels and clams.

Cook them covered until they have fully opened.

Add calamari, shrimps, cherry tomatoes, parsley and cook for other 3-4 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in salted boiling water.

Drain the past in the mixed seafood pan and mix the ingredients.

To complete the dish just add a spoon of crunchy breadcrumbs!
