- 320gr Maniche Corte
- 300gr Cherry Tomatoes
- 10 Fresh Tomatoes
- 200gr Burrata
- 1 Garlic clove
- Fresh basil
- Extra Virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 11/12 minutes.
Warm up in a pan a drizzle of olive oil, brown the garlic and add the peeled cherry tomatoes.
Add salt and a couple of basil leaves then cook for a few minutes.
Drain the pasta in the pan together with the tomato sauce, sauté the pasta with the sauce and add fresh cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Serve and add burrata. Finish off by adding a drizzle of olive oil and basil leaves.
