Ingredients
- 400gr chickpeas
- 60gr tahina
- 60ml lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Sesame seeds
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Warm up the chickpeas in a pan, with a tbs of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of cumin and paprika.
Once they have softened, mix them with lemon juice, tahina, a garlic clove, a tbs of evo oil and a pinch of salt. If necessary, you can add up to 2 glasses of water to obtain the perfect texture.
Serve your humus with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of paprika and sesame seeds to decorate.
