Ingredients
- 500g flour 00 type
- 330g mixed citrus jam
- 200g powdered sugar
- 250g butter
- 8grbaking powder
- 2 eggs
In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and powdered sugar.s.
Add butter (room temperature) and eggs.
Knead to obtain a smooth and soft dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for 30 min at least.
Roll out the dough (use some baking paper to help) and transfer ¾ of it in a baking pan.
Spread the jam and use the remaining dough to decorate the pie.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 170° for 30 minute
