- 100gr ladyfingers
- 500ml crème patissière
- 150ml whipped cream
- Mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, redcurrant)
- Dessert wine
Gently rinse the berries under running water and dry them carefully.
Cut the ladyfingers to fit your glass or bowl, and wet them in dessert wine.
Start with a layer of ladyfingers, add the crème patissière and then some berries. Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
At the top, add some whipped cream and garnish with berries.
