Berries Trifle

Ingredients
  • 100gr ladyfingers
  • 500ml crème patissière
  • 150ml whipped cream
  • Mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, redcurrant)
  • Dessert wine

Preparation of the recipe

Gently rinse the berries under running water and dry them carefully.

Cut the ladyfingers to fit your glass or bowl, and wet them in dessert wine.

Start with a layer of ladyfingers, add the crème patissière and then some berries. Repeat the layers until the glass is full.

At the top, add some whipped cream and garnish with berries.
