- 400gr Balck Ink Spaghetti
- 1kg Clams
- 200gr semi dried tomatoes
- Garlic (1 clove)
- Spicy peppers
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, warm a drizzle of olive oil in a pan with a garlic clove and few spicy peppers.
Add clams, cover the pan and cook until all the clams will open.
Add fresh parsley and semi dried tomatoes.
Drain the pasta in the pan, blend the ingredients for one minute.
Serve the spaghetti and complete the recipe with a spoon of grated bottarga and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
