For our grilled mushrooms we have chosen the Prataiola variety – recognizable by its particularly fleshy cap. These mushrooms are white to red-brown in color. They are slowly cooked on the grill, acquiring a pleasant smoky flavor. Casa Rinaldi grilled mushrooms are ideal to accompany main courses, pizza or a tasty aperitif.
