The grilled artichokes of Casa Rinaldi come from an ancient traditional Roman recipe. Once harvested the artichokes are immediately processed, grilled and packaged in oil to preserve their excellent organoleptic qualities, especially the intense flavor and aroma.
The artichoke is known as the prince of the Mediterranean diet: rich in nutrients such as minerals and iron, it also contains “cynarin”, a beneficial substance for the whole organism.
Grilled artichokes are ideal to accompany an aperitivo, as side dishes and added to pasta and rice salads.
