The “Bruschetta” mix is made up of different spices bringing a balanced taste to food, without however covering its original flavor. Casa Rinaldi mix contains garlic, chilli and parsley, whose aromas and scents are easily recognizable.
It can be used to flavor a perfect toasted bread: just add it to the extra virgin olive oil, salt and diced tomato. It is also perfect for seasoning pasta or pizza, possibly minced with a spice grinder. Finally, it can be combined with stewed meat or legumes.
