The “3-color” Mediterranean pitted olives include three varieties of olives: green, black and Leccino, accompanied by a series of aromatic plants that add a unique taste. Pitted Itrana olives
Pitted Itrana olives have easily recognizable characteristics in terms of flavor, fragrance and pulp. They are grown exclusively in the Italian Pontine hills and have a green-violet and black color. Itrana olives are particularly suitable for cooking pizzaiola sauce together with capers or to be added to puttanesca sauce or to cod.
