High quality raw materials and expertise ensure this pasta have full-bodied texture and excellent fragrance. The bigger formats, pappardelle and tagliatelle are produced with bronze drawing method; this pasta is rough and porous to perfectly retain the sauce. Capellini are light-colored, subtle and smoother just to enhance the delicacy and lightness of this format.

We recommend cooking the tagliatelle in boiling salted water following the box indications and adding one of the sauces from our selection (we suggest bolognese sauce).

Capellini N.40
Capellini n. 40 by Casa Rinaldi have a delicate scent and taste. They have a very distinctive shape; indeed, it is a long and very subtle pasta that perfectly keeps the structure after cooking. They are smooth and light-colored.
We recommend cooking our capellini in boiling salted water following the box indications. To fully appreciate this pasta, we suggest a truffle-based sauce, a tomato sauce, a meat or vegetables ragout. They are ideal also in soups.
