Egg pasta
Our egg pasta represents a celebration of Italian tradition, authenticity and experience. Following the tradition, it does not contain water, but only very short durum wheat and 32 eggs for every kilo of flour.
We only use selected Italian raw materials in order to obtain a tasty and fragrant pasta with an intense yellow color and an opaque, porous, elastic and firm texture. The dough ensures maximum yield of the pasta during cooking. This egg pasta is perfect for absorbing sauces.
We have selected 4 iconic traditional formats: tagliatelle, pappardelle, tagliolini and fettuccine (both classic and with truffles).
