A special selection of grilled vegetables immersed in extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil and aromatic herbs: unique quality and taste directly from Italian fields. Casa Rinaldi has carefully selected the best suppliers in the area, capable of providing nutritious, genuine and rich in flavor raw materials.
After being cleaned, our vegetables are delicately cooked on the grill, in order to obtain an extra touch of taste, maintaining their freshness, fragrance and flavors. We add a unique mix of EVO oil, seed oil and aromatic herbs in order to enhance the flavor.

The grilled artichokes of Casa Rinaldi come from an ancient traditional Roman recipe. Once harvested the artichokes are immediately processed, grilled and packaged in oil to preserve their excellent organoleptic qualities, especially the intense flavor and aroma.
The artichoke is known as the prince of the Mediterranean diet: rich in nutrients such as minerals and iron, it also contains "cynarin", a beneficial substance for the whole organism.
Grilled artichokes are ideal to accompany an aperitivo, as side dishes and added to pasta and rice salads.

Grilled mushrooms
For our grilled mushrooms we have chosen the Prataiola variety - recognizable by its particularly fleshy cap. These mushrooms are white to red-brown in color. They are slowly cooked on the grill, acquiring a pleasant smoky flavor.
Casa Rinaldi grilled mushrooms are ideal to accompany main courses, pizza or a tasty aperitif.

Grilled aubergines
Casa Rinaldi's grilled aubergines have a particular taste and unsurpassed freshness: they are processed using the typical “dal fresco” method and then cooked on the grill.
With an elongated shape and a typical dark purple color, particularly fibrous, fragrant and tasty, our aubergines are dipped in sunflower oil and flavored with a sauce based on herbs and EVO oil.

Thanks to its land and climate, Lazio Region in Italy is an ideal place for growing tomatoes. Ripened until they acquired their deep red color, Casa Rinaldi tomatoes stand out for their texture, flavor and aroma.
The light blanching to which the tomatoes are subjected gives a unique taste, intensified by oil and aromatic herbs.
