- 12 Lamb chops
- 6 Figs
- Balsamic Vinegar Dressing with Figs Flavor
- 100gr Grilled zucchini
- 100gr Grilled aubergines
- Extra Virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Roast the lamb chops in a pan with oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Move them to pre-heated oven, and finish cooking for few minutes.
Cut figs in 2 parts and roast them in a pan for 1 minute until the caramelize.
Serve the lamb chops with a mix of grilled vegetables at the base of the dish and the caramelized figs.
Add salt, pepper, a drizzle of oil and our delicious Figs Flavored Balsamic Vinegar.
