Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is one of the best products in our range of vinegars. Ideal for the most demanding palates, rich in flavor thanks to the high percentage of cooked must and with an intense fragrance.
Casa Rinaldi has developed a range of products containing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with different density and packaging.
We produced fragrant, fresh, spicy condiments, enriched with a touch of wood and ripe fruit. They appear shiny, dark in color and dense.
Their taste is pleasantly sweet and sour, a characteristic that makes them unique and versatile condiments, capable of enhancing the flavors of many different dishes.
There are three formats available: Carrè, Cubica and VIP.
