- 4 burger buns
- 4 beef burgers
- 4 slices of smoked scamorza
- 4 quail eggs
- Black truffle cream
- Truffle shaves
- Truffle butter
Wash the lettuce and prepare 4 big leaves.
Melt a knob of truffle butter in a pan and cook the quail eggs. Put them aside.
In the same pan, toast the bread and put it aside.
Finally, cook the burgers. When they are almost ready, lay a slice of smoked scamorza cheese and let it slightly melt.
It’s now time to assemble the ingredients of the burger: spread some black truffle cream on the bread, add the lettuce and the burger with cheese. Lay the quail egg and complete with few truffle shaves.
