Ingredients
- 1 pinsa
- Stracciatella
- Bacon in slices
- Balsamic fig cream
- Balsamic pearls
- Chives
- Extra virgin olive oil
Bake the pinsa for 5 minutes in pre-heated oven at 250° with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some chopped chives.
Once cooked, add the other ingredients in this order: the stracciatella, the fig balsamic cream, slices of bacon and, finally, the balsamic pearls.
