Our truffle pizza is made with 100% Casa Rinaldi ingredients.

Bake the pizza base in the oven at 220° for 5 min.

On the pizza base, lay the mozzarella cut into rounds and bake it again for other 5 minutes until the mozzarella has melt.

Finish your pizza with our truffle filled burrata, our truffle carpaccio and few drops of our truffle oil.
