Mixed seafood au gratin

Ingredients
  • 12 prawns
  • 8 scallops
  • 4 filets of mackerel
  • Dried tomatoes
  • Riviera olives
  • Capers in vinegar
  • Anchovies
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Parsley
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation of the recipe

Wash the mackerel filets and the scallops; clean the prawns.

Prepare the mixture for our gratin with olives, dried tomatoes, capers and anchovies.

Add breadcrumbs to the mixture.

Lay the mackerel and the scallops on a baking tray. Add the gratin, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Cook in pre-heated oven at 180° for 20 minutes. forno e cuocere a 180° per soli 10 minuti.

Repeat the same procedure on a different baking tray with the prawns. Cook at 180° for 10 minutes only.
