Bruschetta with cream cheese, borettane onions, honey and nuts

  • Borettane onions
  • Cream cheese
  • Acacia honey
  • Walnuts
  • Thyme

Preparation of the recipe

Cut the bread and toast it in the oven or toaster.

Spread the cream cheese (Fontina or scamorza cheese melted with the bread can be very nice alternatives as well).

Add the Casa Rinaldi borettane onions in Modena balsamic vinegar.
Add the walnuts roughly chopped.

Add a drizzle of honey and a sprig of thyme.
