Our artisanal egg and truffle fettuccine combine the taste of egg with the intense aroma of black truffles. It is yellow in color, enriched by black traces of truffle. The texture is thick and rough, perfect for matching different sauces.
Our truffle fettuccine must be cooked in boiling salted water following the instructions on the box, and then garnished with one of the Casa Rinaldi pasta sauces. We recommend adding to them our Casa Rinaldi truffle butter and the truffle carpaccio.
