Gentilino is a typical salami of the Emilia Romagna region produced with Italian pork, minced and aged with black peppercorns and salt, then flavored with a very high quality minced garlic filtered with wine. This original mix of spices gives the product a very sweet taste, a bright color and a soft texture.
