We have created a recipe with sunflower oil, more delicate than extra virgin olive oil, and perfect for enhancing all the other ingredients; basil, pecorino, cashews, pine nuts make a thick texture while garlic gives a final touch of taste. Strong flavor, unmistakable scent and green color are the elements that characterize our sauce.
Sunflower seed oil (47%), basil (36%), cashews, salt, pecorino cheese (sheep’s milk, salt, rennet), pinenuts, garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid. May contain tree nuts and peanuts.
