Caribbean is a roasted espresso coffee blend. It is an exclusive blend consisting of 100% Arabica from Santo Domingo (Barahona Trillado AAA), Colombia (Supremo 18 Bachuè), Haiti (Blue Selected) and Guatemala (SHB Huehuetenango). Each coffee variety is roasted separately and then mixed cold. The aroma it releases is an interesting mix of chocolate, vanilla, malt and toasted almonds; the taste is delicate, not very bitter.
