Black truffle carpaccio, pure truffle
The Casa Rinaldi black truffle carpaccio is part of our premium “Pure Truffle” selection, this product is of unquestionable quality, and produced by combining Italian black summer truffles, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
This carpaccio derives from a skilful slicing process of the Italian black summer truffle harvested in Piedmont, Tuscany and Umbria regions. Extra virgin olive oil and salt are then added to the liquid. The truffle slices are preserved with natural ingredients, including a few drops of the new and innovative natural truffle aroma that gives the final touch and a very pleasant flavor.
Thanks to these characteristics, Casa Rinaldi’s black truffle carpaccio maintains its original organoleptic qualities and can be used as a substitute for fresh truffles throughout the year.
