Casa Rinaldi’s 100% organic and Italian EVO oil has the traditional taste of made in Italy. This oil is cold pressed by mechanical pressing using Coratina, Ogliarola, Biancolilla, Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice and Carolea variety olives.
It contains a high percentage of vitamins, antioxidants, phytosterols and monounsaturated fatty acids, a nutritional composition that makes it an ideal product for everyone.
It has a light green color, illuminated by golden reflections. Once poured it gives off a pleasant fruity fragrance, with hints of artichoke and green tomato. The flavor – with an acidity of less than 0.8% – has light spicy notes, enhancing the taste of each dish in a unique and healthy way.
