Zutaten
- 320gr fusilli
- 240gr Pesto Genovese
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 2 burrate
- Fresh basil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Cook the fusilli in salted boiling water for 11 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in small pieces.
Drain the pasta under cold water.
In a bowl, generously season your pasta with pesto Genovese and add the cherry tomatoes.
Serve your pasta in a dish adding some burrata and fresh basil at the very end.
