Sliced beef with grilled eggplant and crispy crumb-coated potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Grana cheese, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of rosemary-infused oil.

Add the potatoes and mix well.

Place them on a baking tray lined with oiled parchment paper. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for 20 minutes.

Cut the beef into strips. Add them to the oven during the cooking time. Deglaze with white wine while they cook.

Drain the grilled eggplants and mix them with the beef strips.
