Ingredients
- 2 Burrata (buffalo or cow according to taste)
- 250gr Pistachio Pesto
- 12 Anchovies
- Baguette
- Fresh basil
- Extra Virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Slice the bread (3 slices per person) then toast them in the oven or in a pan.
Spread a spoon of pistachio pesto on bread then add some burrata and one anchovy.
Salt, pepper, add a drizzle of oil and a basil leaf.
