Ingredients
- 800g tuna (4 steaks)
- 400g chickpeas
- Grilled peppers
- Lime juice
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Drain the peppers and blend them with a hand blender, adding 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, and pepper.
Blend the chickpeas with their cooking liquid, 2 tablespoons of oil, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice. Season to taste.
Season the tuna steaks and sear them in a hot pan over high heat for about 40 seconds per side (adjust cooking to your preference).
Serve the dish with the pepper sauce, then the tuna, and finish with a spoonful of chickpea hummus.
