Truffle french fries

  • Potatoes
  • Frying oil
  • Truffle oil
  • Truffle carpaccio
  • Salt

Preparation of the recipe

If you want to make your fries from scratch, peel and slice the potatoes 1/2 inch thick; soak them cold in water for 30min, rinse and pat until they are completely dry.

Bring the oil to temperature and pour the potatoes.
Wait for 5-6 minutes until they’ll be golden and crispy and then drain from the oil.

Dab them with some kitchen paper and add salt.

Season the fries with some truffle oil and some truffle carpaccio.
