Ingredients
- 1 Pinsa
- 125gr stracciatella
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 8 capers
- Mediterranean olives
- Oregano
Preheat the oven to 250°.
Bake the pinsa for 3-4 minutes, until it has taken a golden colour.
Cut in few pieces and garnish each slice with stracciatella, anchovies, olives, capers and a sprinkle of oregano.
