Ingredients
- 320gr Gnocchetti Sardi
- 400gr cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of black olive paste
- 2 garlic cloves
- Fresh parsley
- Salt & pepper
Warm a little olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the chopped garlic and sautè for a couple of minutes without burning it.
Add the tomatoes in the pan and let them cook for 5 minutes, until they release their juice and soften.
In the meantime, cook gnocchetti pasta in salted boiling water.
When the tomatoes are cooked add the Casa Rinaldi black olive paste in the pan and mix it well. Keep cooking for about 2-3 minutes.
Drain the pasta al dente into the pan with the sauce and let all the ingredients blend.
Serve your gnocchetti sardi with a touch of fresh chopped parsley.
