Artichokes and prawns pan

Ingredients
  • 300gr grilled artichokes
  • 20 prawns
  • Capers
  • Garlic clove
  • Parsley
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation of the recipe

Clean the prawns.

Drain the Casa Rinaldi grilled artichokes and cut them in 4 pieces.

Brown the garlic in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Add the prawns and sauté for a couple of minutes on a lively flame.

Add the artichokes and capers and cook for 5 more minutes.

Add salt, some fresh parsley and serve.
