Casa Rinaldi’s Val di Mazara PDO extra virgin olive oil comes from Sicilian Biancolilla, Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola olive varieties. It has a medium fruity aroma with clear hints of green tomato and fresh herbs; it is fruity, velvety and with a sweet aftertaste. It is yellow-gold in color, with interesting shades of intense green.
This extra virgin olive oil can be used raw on marinated fish dishes, fresh cheeses, pasta dishes and vegetable soups.
