Our pepper mix is made up of 4 expertly blended varieties, designed to bring a balanced flavor to your dishes. It includes:
– black pepper, from berries harvested before complete ripeness and then left to dry;
– white pepper, obtained from smaller and less spicy grains;
– green pepper, similar to black pepper but harvested unripe, not dried and treated in brine;
– pink pepper, with a sweeter and more delicate flavor and an aroma reminiscent of lemon and fruit.
The mix of peppers by Casa Rinaldi goes perfectly well with grilled meat dishes, vegetables, and fish. It is also excellent in fish and meat marinades to add aroma to the dish and it is ideal for tomato-based sauces, croutons and bruschetta.
